When you fill in our order form we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number. Email(optional), delivery address, state, quantity, and any message you write to us.
We keep order details for 12 months so we can handle deliveries, warranty claims and support. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
We handle your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp at 08124333155 or emailing info@uigadget.com.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including HTTPS on our website. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

By placing an order on uigadget.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.
You place an order by completing the order form on our website. Your order is not final until our customer care team contacts you to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot reach you, your details are incomplete, or stock has run out.
Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and are shown on the page when you order. [Launch prices and offers may change or end without notice.] Delivery is free. You pay on delivery by bank transfer. Please have the full amount ready when the rider arrives.
Only place an order if you are ready to receive and pay for it. Fake or abandoned orders cost us time and money, so we may refuse future orders from a phone number or address that does this.
Your package includes the items listed in the offer you ordered [for example: smart glasses, free black and brown shade lenses, and the standard accessories]. Product photos are for illustration, and small differences may occur.
AI features such as translation and recognition need the companion app and a phone with an internet connection. Some features depend on third-party services we do not control. You are responsible for using the glasses lawfully. Check the rules on recording people and places where you are, and do not use AI features where they are not allowed, such as in exams.
Each pair comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover [damage from drops, water, misuse, unauthorized repairs or normal wear]. To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos or a short video of the fault. See our Refund Policy for returns.
We are responsible for goods that are faulty or not as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law.
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We want you to be happy with your order. Because you pay on delivery, you never pay before you have the product in your hands. Please decide each [bracketed] choice below before you publish, and delete anything you will not honor.
You may open the package and check the glasses before you pay. If parts are missing, the item is damaged, or it is not what you ordered, you can refuse it, and you will not be charged.
If your glasses stop working or arrive with a fault, message us on WhatsApp within [7 days] of delivery with your name, phone number, and photos or a short video of the problem. We will repair or replace the item. If we cannot, we will refund you.
We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been accepted and paid for.
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within [3 to 5 working days] after we receive and check the returned item.
Damage from drops, water, misuse or unauthorized repairs; items returned incomplete or without packaging; free gifts or accessories removed from the order.

Delivery is free.
You pay when your order arrives. Please have the full amount ready for the rider bank transfer.
Orders placed before 12 PM have a good chance of same-day delivery in the areas we cover. Orders placed after 12 PM usually go out the next day. Some locations take longer for example 3 to 5 working days, please confirm this.
Keep your phone on and answer calls from our team. Make sure your address is complete and has a landmark if possible, so the rider can find you.

If we cannot reach you or deliver, we will contact you to try again. After [2] failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. If your area is far from our hub, our team will tell you the expected delivery time when they call.
